Please advise the members of your Organization and other Filipino nationals affected by COVID-19 to call us up or refer to our Advisories posted in the Consulate General's official/social media websites for important reminders and contact information of the Consulate General and the above-mentioned attached Philippine Government agencies, food bank, as well as important contact information for the testing and treatment of COVID-19.
Please assure your members and other Filipino nationals affected by COVID-19 that the confidentiality of their identity will be respected.

Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians Celebrate Canada Day

On Sunday, July 1st, the Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians celebrated Canada Day at Milne Dam Conservation Park (8251 McCowan Rd). The well attended event was filled with children’s activities, the People’s Parade, international food and entertainment provided by people all over the GTA. This annual event is sponsored by the City of Markham and was once again emceed by Alan Bell.
The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians’ (MFFC) Community-Based Projects for Seniors has been funded by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program
The Seniors of the Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians (MFFC) have a lot to celebrate! Their application for Community-Based Projects for Seniors has been approved in the amount of $ 20,719 and activities are now in the works starting March 1, 2018 until February 28, 2019.

MFFC members spreads Christmas cheer!
The various members of the Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians were very busy spreading the Christmas cheer to seniors all across Toronto. The Youth Performing Arts Group and the Seniors group went out in full force on separate days to entertain various members of the Markham community and had a wonderful time.

The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians held their general members’ meeting on Friday, December 8 at the MFFC Centre. The members welcome the newly elected officers for 2018 namely:
