Program Objective:

  • To promote/maintain quality of life, self worth, mental stimulation, physical activity and link to the outside world

  • To build a strong, healthy and supportive network for seniors.

What the Program offers:

  • During the COVID-19 pandemic, weekly Zoom meeting every Thursday 1 PM - 4 PM
    - Ukulele lessons
    - Yoga/Tai Chi 
    - Line dancing/Ballroom dancing
    - Social Media
    - Healthy Cooking
    - Brain games
    - Special lectures
    - Choir singing
    - Spanish
    - Philippine Folk Dance
  • During the COVID-19 pandemic Summer & Fall, weekly park activities every Wednesday 1 PM - 5 PM
    - Ukulele practice
    - Pole walking
    - Snack break/Birthday celebration
    - Tai Chi
    - Line dancing/Hawaiian dancing
    - Picnic
    - Day Trip

Target Audience:
